These bright green olives (with pits) are native to Sicily.  Buttery with a sweet flavor, they are not briny or bitter, but instead have a rich, almost creamy texture.    Naturally cured to preserve their vivid color.  

Excellent with soft cheeses like Burrata and La Tur.  A great side kick for nutty Goudas or tangy goat cheeses.  They also go well with cured meats
