A celebrated classic, this dry-cured ham gets its name from the Sierra del Serrano Mountains in Spain, where it originated. It's known for its firm texture and deep red color with notes of nuttiness and a gentle sweetness that's attributed to a diet of grains and acorns. A great addition to any charcuterie board. Also great on a sandwich with fresh mozzarella or burrata. It even makes a great BLT.
