Bleu d'Auvergne originated in the Auvergne region of South-central France. It's recognized by it's distinct blue veining and it's bold, pungent taste. Creamy, smooth and tangy Bleu d'Auvergne is enjoyed on cheese platters, crumbled in salads and it's our go to blue for salad dressings. Pairs well fruit and nuts, sweet dessert wines, bold reds, such as Zinfandel - or Dark malty beers.
